Shipping policy

We ship once a week via Colissimo National and International Post secured shipping with signature upon delivery and basic online tracking. All items are shipped from Paris.

Shipping usually takes 2-3 days for French orders, 3-4 days for European orders and 7 days for other countries depending on destination.

Note that prices do not include VAT for orders outside EU and as such, your order may be subject to import taxes and customs duties. The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.

When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

If an item is unclaimed and returned to us, we will be in touch regarding shipping it again however the recipient might be charged a new shipping fee depending on circumstances.
